Black America

Something I finished a long time ago but never posted. My cover of FederalRepublic's Black America. Many thanks to him for giving me all of these ideas.

• Liberia fails as numerous freedmen move back to the Americas to settle in New Colonia.
• The Spanish-American War doesn't happen but America still supports the independent Cuba (in exchange for buying the Isle of Pines) and buys Guam and the Northern Marianas because they are just so good as naval bases. Washington does not however buy the Danish Virgin Islands, but it still buys Alaska.
• Hawaii is purchased by the French, as the Americans did not want more non-whites in their country.
• The Great War was between Germany, Russia and Austria against Britain, France and Italy. The Dreikaiserbund wins. Britain falls to socialism and the British Empire-in-exile hands back Berlin the conquered territories in exchange for support. The Dreikaiserbund remains a powerful alliance, although it is clear that Germany is in charge. Russia is starting to challenge them as it benefits from its much larger population.
• China and India form a generally anti-colonial block, along with the ironically named New Colonia. The Americans are somewhat friendly to this movement, but also wary because it's distinctly anti-European and Americans fear that they'd be lumped in with the Germans.
• Communism was never as powerful as IOTL, but did take down Britain and, later, Japan. Unlike OTL, this has given communism a far more isolationist tinge, with these communists patiently waiting for the end of history.
