I actually made this a few days after the election announcement, after some considerable debate over whether I should make this. I decided ultimately to make it, but hold off on posting it until the election fever has worn off. Do take note, that this is a dystopia following off my normal formula of everything bad happening actually happening, so I depict both Clinton and Trump in an extremely negative light, where the worst allegations about them and their supporters are all vaguely true. This is not a serious what-if of a Clinton victory, but rather the most dystopian one I could come up with, short of nuclear war. Keep it civil in the comments, and don’t take this too seriously! I based parts of this map, ironically enough, on Mattystereo's Make America Great Again.

- There is immediate civil unrest, as Trump refuses to concede the "rigged" election. The initial riots die out after a week, but several resistance cells are formed. Trump moves to Russia, where he continues to criticize the election and proclaims himself President of the United States.
- Clinton's administration begins terribly, with a Republican Congress (the GOP still won the Senate ITTL) committed to doing nothing, particularly stonewalling Clinton's SCOTUS appointments. Eventually, Congress tries to impeach her over the Clinton Foundation scandal. This reignites opposition movements, and soon Clinton finds Washington and other major cities awash with mobs chanting "Lock Her Up." Paranoid and fearing for her life, she decides to enforce her no-fly zone in Syria and move NATO troops to the Russian border. A Russian plane is shot down, an air war begins over Syria, and Clinton refuses to back down. World War III happens when Russians attack American ground forces in Syria, and she uses Article 5 to bring NATO to war against Russia. Clinton is actually happy about the war, believing that the upsurge in patriotism will help her.
- Initially, people back the war effort, believing that the Russians were responsible. But, this honeymoon period is short-lived, as the Russians make surprising gains in Europe. Fear of nuclear war reignites the anti-Clinton movement, and Congress soldiers on with its impeachment trial, even refusing to cooperate with Clinton's war. Clinton extends the executive power further than any other president in prosecuting her war, which has become very unpopular among the people. Allegations that Clinton is an out of control tyrant, and that she is mentally unstable and thus may actually cause a nuclear war, spread across the ranks. It doesn't help that Clinton tries to arrest anybody who speaks out against her, even if they were doing so online and not participating in a mass demonstration. Police and soldiers sent to arrest protesters instead join them, and many military desert, refusing to die for "Clinton's War."
- Clinton eventually declares martial law, which backfires when Texas orders the arrest of all federal agents trying to enforce martial law. Texas secedes from the Union later. Clinton then orders the military to retake Texas, but most refuse, either deserting or joining the Texans. Resistance cells, urged on by Trump, rise up around the country, demanding Clinton's immediate arrest. Many people in the military and even the intelligence community join them. Clinton, facing this unbelievable stress, eventually has a mental breakdown and is abandoned even by her staff. Congress takes control, and Trump flies back to take office. He is refused the position, Trump calls Congress a bunch of losers and refuses to back down, and fighting breaks out between forces who want a Trump presidency, and forces loyal to Congress. Texas sits out this war, defending itself. California secedes from this mess, wanting neither Trump nor Congress. Jefferson counter-secedes from California. New England forms its own federation. The war ends with a balkanized America: Trump taking the Rust Belt and New York in the Second American Federation, Congressional Republicans maintaining control of most of the United States, independent Texas, social democratic New England, and California.
- Meanwhile, Russia takes advantage of this mess by advancing as far as it could into Europe. The Russians managed to advance to Germany before stalemating, and then they advanced and captured Paris after the Second American Civil War broke out. The EU collapses, but the core, more economically viable EU, was federated as a neutral, demilitarized union.
- China has collapsed, its economy tanking when WWIII broke out. The Communist Party was thrown out, and the new democratic government of China is busy rebuilding from the chaos which cost several million lives. Japan's rebuilt its military and is Making Asia Great Again. India is the other rising power in Asia.
- The Second Cold War continues, this time between a rump United States and the Union State of Eurasia. The United States is basically a neocon/evangelical caricature come to life: homosexuality is illegal, non-Christian religions are frowned upon, the government openly promotes Christianity, the government uses drones and the Internet to spy on everyone, the entire government is practically run by the military-industrial complex, and it gets itself involved in several foreign wars just to show the Russians they mean business. The Union State is Literally Nazi Germany, as is the Second American Federation. Personality cults formed around Trump and Putin, and while they are long-gone, they are still revered as twin God-Emperors, revered by the United Russia Party and the American Unity Party. Blackshirt thugs roam the streets, enforcing their will. Any minority or dissenter that didn't flee elsewhere were rounded up in camps and shot.
- California initially started out as a democracy, but it went hard left over the years, thanks to the Californian regime wishing to differentiate itself as much as possible from the rest of the former United States, and many far-left people moving to California from the rest of the country.

Why would the Rust Belt and New York side with Trump? New York voted for Clinton and Trump won most of the Rust Belt states narrowly and/or with only a plurality of the vote.
