This is probably the most advanced civilization we've encountered so far on these missions, unless the DSS is keeping some information away from us. Our agents had trouble getting any information because of the totalitarian nature of the major states. In fact, they had trouble not getting arrested for "suspicious behavior." What we have determined is that this world abides strongly by the Rule of Three. History records we have gleaned say that the dominant powers, a "National Socialist" Germany, the Kingdom of Italy and Empire of Japan were allies in a "Second World War" but turned on one another after the conclusion of hostilities. These same records indicate that the United Kingdom was a great power until the end of the 20th century, and the United States a power until the 2070s. This planet can be expected to fight with familiar ferocity, as the massive territories the main powers have in their possession were not acquired and pacified by asking nicely. Massive military buildup from a three-way cold war will further harden resistance. However, we can expect to receive aid from various groups present. Former American territories are granted more autonomy than most other areas and are hotbeds of resistance activity. It is suggested that this be the main area of operations once the invasion commences. Other areas, such as former Russia, China and Middle East, can still be expected to harbor resistance organizations. The fact that these three empires have held together for as long as they have can only be attributed to dumb luck. Our invasion will collapse this entire rotting structure.
